सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आम्रपाली ग्रुप के CMD को गिरफ्तार करने के दिए आदेश

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आम्रपाली ग्रुप के सीएमडी अनिल शर्मा और दो अन्य डायरेक्टर की गिरफ्तारी के आदेश दिए हैं. गिरफ्तारी के आदेश क्रिमिनल कंप्लेंट में दिए गए हैं. Amrapali case: Supreme Court directs the arrest of Amrapali Group CMD, Anil Sharma and two other directors in a criminal complaint filed against them. pic.twitter.com/uBSbt3zBoQ — ANI (@ANI) February 28, 2019 इसके अलावा सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने अनिल शर्मा की निजी संपत्ति भी जब्त करने के आदेश दिए हैं. इसमें उनका साउथ दिल्ली स्थित बंगला है. इसके साथ कोर्ट ने ये भी साफ कर दिया कि अन्य दो आम्रपाली के दो अन्य डायरेक्टर की भी संपत्ति जब्त कर ली गई है. It also made it clear that the properties of the other two directors of Amrapali is also being attached. https://t.co/akEGuBgiHR — ANI (@ANI) February 28, 2019 सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने फोरेंसिक ऑडिटरों को भी 22 मार्च से पहले आम्रपाली ग्रुप द्वारा ट्रांसफर और होमबॉयर्स के पैसे के विचलन पर अपनी विस्तृत जांच पूरी करने का निर्देश दिया है और मामले की अगली सुनवाई के लिए 26 मार्च तय की है.
